Getting help
ResumeCallBack is run by one person, so there is no ticket queue and no phone line — just an inbox that is actually read. Messages are reviewed within 48 hours.
Email support@resumecallback.com
Include the email address on your account. If you are writing about a specific job or resume, say which — it makes the answer faster and more useful.
What people usually write about
Billing, cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from Settings once signed in — no phone call, no retention flow. If you cannot sign in, or you have a question about a charge, include the email address on the account.
Privacy and your data
Requests about the personal information held about you — what is stored, correcting it, or getting a copy. The Privacy Policy sets out what is kept and for how long.
Account deleted or disabled
Deleting an account wipes the career data it held and cancels any subscription. If an account was deleted or disabled and you think that was a mistake, write from the address on the account.

There is a feedback button in the bottom-left corner of every page inside the app. It reaches the same inbox and carries the page you were on, which usually saves a round trip. Use it for bugs and feature requests — it is read, and it is where most of what gets built comes from.
