I had the experience. I had the certifications — CISSP, PMP, Azure Solutions Architect, and others. But after applying to more than 700 jobs, I received zero callbacks.
That experience forced me to study the modern hiring process differently: how resumes are screened, how job descriptions are structured, where qualified candidates get filtered out, and how each application needs to be positioned.
I developed a multi-stage approach that helped me move from no responses to a 40% callback rate — and gave me options again. ResumeCallBack was built from that process.
